Simon and his wife Sarah now lead the family farming business at Pightle Farm, continuing a proud three-generation farming tradition. The Dudley family's roots in Manuden began with Jack Dudley and his two sons, Peter and Denis. Peter later married Liz, and together they lived in Barley, Hertfordshire, where they developed and expanded the contracting side of the business. Peter and Liz went on to purchase Pightle Farm, where Simon has since taken over the day-to-day running of the farm with Sarah, further growing and strengthening the contracting enterprise for the next generation.
