We are Ballyboley Dexters, a multi-award-winning family farm based at Orlock, Co. Down, home to our pedigree Dexter herd. Our cattle are all born on the farm and reared on 100% pasture fed. We are Pasture for Life certified, with our Premium Dexter Beef and tallow sold directly to customers from pasture to plate. We have won many Great Taste and Blas na hÉireann awards for our beef, tallow and honey. We also breed and sell pedigree Dexter breeding stock, including females and Ballyboley bulls. Alongside the cattle, we are a designated Black Irish Bee Conservation Area and produce our own award-winning Orlock Honey. We also run farm walks, wild dining experiences, school visits and other events here on the farm, giving people the opportunity to see where their food comes from and experience the farm for themselves.
