Happy Horse Cottages — Group Accommodation

Located on the river bank, our beautiful barn conversion (dated 1770) offers group accommodation in three luxury self catering cottages. Ideal accommodation for large groups of up to 15 people, or the perfect environment for small conferences, training, team building exercises. The three cottages - Blue Brook, Green Gallop and Red Ridge are located at our Happy Horse Retirement Home, a stunning 100 acre farm in a secluded valley, set in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park – South Wales. The area has abundant wildlife including otters, buzzards and red kites nesting nearby. There are numerous walks from the farm, within a few minutes walk is the picturesque Crai reservoir with Brown Trout fly fishing, the Geo Park area with its glacial lakes, the large Cnewr Estate, forestry and high commons, waterfalls and the Sarn Helen Roman Road popular with mountain bikers. The stables are situated close to the cottages, ideal for horse lovers, with stabling available. The Crai river (SSSI) runs alongside the back of the cottages and the large outdoor sitting BBQ area.
