We are pedigree simmental and beef shorthorn breeders which we show successfully at shows and sales including the Royal Highland Show. We use these breeds for commercial cattle too. We sell the females for breeding and the steers through auction. We have shop where we sell our own beef direct to the consumer. From this we have started our own burger van where we attend local agricultural events, galas, markets, birthdays and weddings. This is to provide the full field to fork experience.
