At Feather Down Foxglove Farm, life follows the peaceful rhythm of the countryside. This welcoming mixed farm is a wonderful place for families to slow down, spend time outdoors and enjoy simple days together surrounded by animals and open space. Children can meet the chickens, cows, calves, sheep, goats and spring lambs, and during lambing season there is often the chance to see newborn lambs or bottle feeding on the farm. Dogs are welcome too, making it easy to bring the whole family along. Here, we everyone to switch off and enjoy the simple pleasures of outdoor living. Oil lamps and candles provide a warm glow after dark, meals are cooked on the wood-burning stove and evenings are often spent around the campfire beside the tent. The Feather Down safari tents are comfortably furnished with proper beds, a fully equipped kitchen, private toilet and an outdoor shower. The farmer hosts relaxed pizza evenings and is always happy to show guests around the farm during a tour. The communal field with log seating is a lovely spot to gather with other guests, while the small honesty shop offers a selection of local products. Foxglove Farm is a place where children roam freely, days are spent outdoors and life naturally slows down.

In the event of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, you will be entitled to change the date of your stay to an alternative in the same calendar year, or a 100% refund of the booking value that has been received in full. If the new date is more expensive than your original date, an additional payment will be required to cover the price difference. However, if the new date is priced lower, you will receive a refund of the price difference from Feather Down Farms. Changed dates are subject to availability.
