Hapuku Kitchen is a farm-based cooking school located at the base of the world in Kaikōura, New Zealand. We offer hands-on cooking classes, private classes and events as well as dining at our Supper Club. We source our ingredients from our own farm, our neighbours, local farmers and fishers as well as foraging from the mountains to the sea.
