Welcome to Blackness Marine — a family-run farm Diversification boating facility. Since the 1960s the family, entering fourth generation, and following a few years within a stewardship scheme, we’re excited to be entering a new chapter coming back into production. As a bolt on this season we are excited to offer a pop up off grid camping option for visiting boaters looking to explore the River Dart and stay with us on the farm adjacent to the yard. Blackness Marine, established in 2006 as a major diversification project providing river access and secure boat storage. Our small onsite shop proudly stocks locally sourced meat, eggs, pastries and bread for campers and members directly supporting our local supply chain and rural community.
