Set in a secluded spot at Hoe Grange Holidays, Rose Hip feels private and tucked away, with trees gently screening you from view while the valley opens out before you. From the “open lock” Romany wagon, you can sit back, slow down and take in the unbroken countryside views - the perfect setting for quiet mornings, golden evenings and time together away from everyday life. Although Rose Hip is around 100 years old, this much-loved caravan has been carefully and completely renovated, blending traditional craftsmanship with a few thoughtful contemporary comforts. It offers a truly memorable alternative to a standard countryside stay, full of atmosphere, history and romance. Your stay includes a warm welcome pack with milk, home-baked biscuits and freshly baked bread, so you can settle in straight away. Bed linen, bath towels and a bath mat are provided, along with all the essentials for relaxed meals and drinks, including crockery, cutlery, a tea pot, wine glasses and a corkscrew. For outdoor cooking, you will find pots, pans, tongs and oven gloves ready to use, while a microwave, toaster and kettle are available nearby in the farmyard. A firepit starter kit is also included, with matches, eco firelighters, kindling and logs, giving you everything you need to enjoy cosy evenings by the flames beneath the Peak District sky. To help you make the most of your surroundings, Rose Hip also comes with a torch, binoculars and OS Map OL24 covering the Peak District White Peak area. Whether you want to wander, watch the wildlife, admire the views or simply enjoy the stillness, everything is close at hand. There is also a small shop in the farmyard selling handy basics and treats, including milk, bacon, sausages, ice cream and gifts, making it easy to pick up a few extras during your stay.
