As you approach the property down a picturesque tree-lined drive, you’ll enjoy the expansive grounds, beautifully maintained by the owners. The property overlooks rolling hills and countryside, with views of the Westbury White Horse on clear days. There's also two private hire, secure dog parks onsite (positioned away from the house) for online bookings only ‘Holt Dog Park’ - perfect for your furry friends to enjoy. The house retains lovely period features, such as stone mullion windows, original parquet flooring and plenty of outdoor space at the front and side, along with private parking at the rear. Inside, the house offers flexible living spaces, including two spacious reception rooms, five bedrooms, one large family bathroom, two en-suite bathrooms, and a downstairs cloakroom. It’s perfect for families, with ample room and has a workspace area with a desk. Bedroom One - Super king with en-suite Bedroom Two- King Bedroom Three - King Bedroom Four - King with en-suite Bedroom Five - Twin Room (connected by a door through Bedroom Four) There is ample private parking immediately outside the property.
