Mount Boon Farm

We set up an on farm milk vending machine in January 2020 selling farm fresh, free range milk straight from our herd of 100 Holstein and Ayrshire cows. Run by husband and wife team, Ross and Carilyn Govier and ably assisted by our 3 children we have built the business up from scratch since starting at a different site in 2008. We opened a second vending machine at Ullacombe Farm Shop and Cafe in 2022 and now also sell favoured milkshakes, local cheese, butter and delicious homemade cakes. Open 24/7 at Mount Boon Longdown and 7 days a week 8-6 at Ullacombe you are sure to be able to fill up at a time to suit you. The vending machine dispenses either 1l into glass bottles which can be bought, washed and reused as many times as you like or biodegradable paper cups for a refreshing treat on the go. Of course you can also bring your own container too. Our milk tastes so good because it is only lightly pasteurised using a traditional method to retain flavour and non homogenised.
