What a gorgeous place..... so quiet!!

Let's start at the start..... I made my booking for 15th August but then work required my attention, I messaged and asked if I could switch to the 16th and that was no problem at all. Very fast reply and very help explaining what I would need to do on arrival. There was, on this occasion, no fee to change days. Very very easy to find! The satnav address on only farmers takes you directly there. The car park is absolutely massive! It was (and had been) very warm (the great drought of 2026!). As the car park is a field I could imagine in wetter summers it being a little difficult to navigate. The site itself is incredibly clean, and vast! Portaloo's on site. The people in the entrance tent that I spoke to were lovely. Overall I found it easy to use, great value for money and would recommend 🤗 A few insights....(from a users point of view. I am no farmer!) I am not sure how long the business has been established for or how long it has been open to the public but I would have liked the staff/possibly volunteers to have been a little more extrovert and enthusiastic with their explanation of the seed art (see photos); I'm quite shy at talking to new people and to have someone who is passionate about what they are doing helps me engage with them more. I didn't see any refreshments onsite; so definitely take a drink with you. There is also a picnic area. Maybe if this becomes super popular it will be something the management looks in to. One suggestion I do have is maybe the management could look in to linking up with a local potters to have sunflower appropriate vases made and sell on site. More photos on Google maps review.
