Horse-led therapeutic and coaching experiences for children, young people and adults (ages 5+), using the relationship between human and horse as a pathway to deeper self-awareness, connection and change. All sessions are led by a BACP registered psychotherapist and certified ICF-ACC coach and equine assisted practitioner. My work is ground-based and relational - there is no riding involved. Instead, we slow down, notice what is happening in the moment and explore the relationship we create with the horse. I offer Equus Coaching for adults, alongside Equine Assisted Therapy for children and young people, creating a safe, experiential space to explore relationships, emotional experiences, patterns of behaviour, confidence and connection. We have specialist provisions for looked after children, children with an EHCP looking for alternative therapies and people experiencing loss. Please enquire for further info.
