Drawing the Seasons of the Garden

A series of drawing classes for all abilities exploring the life cycle of plants, shrubs, fruit trees & flowers in the beautiful gardens & surroundings of Pitmeadow Farm. Taking inspiration from artists, students will create their own artwork as we explore what the vegetation & flora/works of creation have to say to us. The day will be led by Carol Marples of “Soul Marks” Carol has taught art workshops in a variety of settings & for all abilities over the last 30 years, including at Leith School of Art. Autumn: Wednesday 14th October’26 Winter: Wednesday 3rd February’27 Spring: Wednesday 14th April’27 Summer: Wednesday 16th June’27 The 4 workshops can be taken individually or as a series.
