Rustic Stays Shepherds Huts at Myncen Farm
Myncen Farm is a long-established family farm in the beautiful Dorset countryside. We have farmed here as tenants of the Rushmore Estate since the early days, taking the opportunity to purchase the farm in 1982. The farm has continually evolved from beef cattle, dairy and outdoor pigs, we moved into arable farming alongside environmental stewardship, with caring for the land and encouraging wildlife remaining an important part. As the farm has changed, so has our business. We have diversified into building rentals and storage, Dorset Bench Hire and Cranborne Chase Cider, alongside our farming activities. Rustic Stays is another part of that journey, offering visitors the chance to experience a peaceful corner of our working farm and enjoy Dorset. Today, Myncen Farm remains very much a family affair, with the next generation taking an active interest in its future and helping us continue to adapt, diversify and care for this special place for generations to come.
