Sallins Farm is a family-run working farm in the heart of the Shropshire Hills and home to four generations of our family. After moving from Leicestershire in 2025, we embraced the opportunity to build a new chapter in one of the country's most beautiful landscapes. Today we run a 200-head beef suckler herd, a flock of 400 sheep and manage over 300 acres of grassland, crops and woodland. In 2026 we opened our Shepherd's Hut, giving guests the chance to experience the peace and beauty of the countryside while staying on a real working farm. Guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of farm life, from watching the cattle and sheep in the fields to seeing the changing seasons that shape our daily work. Whether exploring the Shropshire Hills, taking in the panoramic views or simply relaxing in the tranquillity of the countryside, Sallins Farm offers an authentic rural escape with a genuine taste of farm life.
