This is my place of strength. Seven Mints Farm sits quietly in the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine, about 3 hours from Kyiv. The land and cottage stood untouched for 15 years before I brought them back to life in 2023 , no chemicals, just patience and care. Now the garden grows seven kinds of mint, lemon balm, thyme, St. John's wort, and other herbs, alongside tomatoes, cucumbers, and flowers. The cottage itself is simple but comfortable hot shower, washing machine, warm rooms. I come here to breathe, to slow down, to feel like myself again.
