The Askefield Project
The Askefield Project is a social farm designed to support people not conditions, with the aim of developing self-confidence, self-esteem, and raising aspirations. We are a small community social enterprise based on our beautiful thirteen-and-a-half-acre smallholding in rural Lincolnshire which includes: our barn with commercial kitchen, log cabins, toilet block, office and reception, 72ft polytunnel, nature pond, crew building, orchard, sensory garden, animal paddocks and Pub. We are also home to a flock of Kerry Hill sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, Boris the donkey, Rory the pony, as well as cuddly guinea pigs, Coco (our farm cat), three miniature donkeys, pigs and tortoises. At The Askefield Project we offer a wide range of projects for the community as well as exciting events throughout the year. We have quite a range of events across the year that includes Comedy Nights, our Kerry Hill Pub nights, Family Fun Days, Lambing Open Day and our Christmas Extravaganza.
