We are within one hours drive of Belfast or Derry as well as the famous Antrim coast and within 30 mins of the Sperrin mountains. On the edge of the town of Magherafelt there are plenty of pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. The Seamus Heaney Centre is nearby as well as outdoor adventure water parks and adventure centres. There are opportunities to golf at Moyola Golf course or fish in the nearby areas. The property is completely private and fenced separately from the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and countryside, you will be able to relax in our newly added stone extension or on our patios to the front and rear of the property. Make use of our wood fired hottub for the ultimate relaxation experience in private gardens. Cook in our fully equipped kitchen on our Aga or oven and use the casual of formal dining rooms. We have one ground floor bedroom and shower wetroom as well as main bathroom and two en-suites. Private parking is on site.
