Hottub experience on the farm

Fancy a couple of hours relaxing and making use of our wood fired hottub with your group-we provide a hottub experience where you can come and relax in our beautiful gardens overlooking rolling countryside in complete privacy. We supply all robes, towles and wood for your use and have available changing and toilet facilities. Indoor spaces are available in case of inclement weather with light refreshments provided.

We are a beautiful 5 bedroomed self catering property, capable of hosting groups of 10-12 people, located in the heart of Mid-Ulster, on the edge of Magherafelt town, Northern Ireland. The prooerty is within one hours drive of Belfast and Derry as well as the famous Antrim coastline. We offer a beautiful space in private grounds, next to our farm where we specialise in beef cattle and sheep. We also have a few horses including the famous Connemara pony. Come and relax in our spacious sunroom extension which opens onto two patios at the front and rear of the property. Cook in our large fuly equipped kitchen with AGA and separate oven and hob. Dine in our casual or formal dining areas with your group. We can offer a ground floor bedroom and ground floor wetroom as well as main bathroom and two bedrooms with ensuites. Make use of our wood fired hottub which can accommodate 8 adults and which is filled fresh for each group with water from our on site well. A truly relaxing experience!
