Tiny Cow Preview: Meet the Herd

Come and meet Tiny Cows Yorkshire before Tiny Cows Yorkshire is quite finished. While our dedicated visitor barn is being built, we're opening the farm for a limited number of small-group preview experiences. You'll meet some of our friendliest young cattle and spend proper time getting to know them. You'll be able to stroke and groom them, learn their names and personalities and take plenty of photographs. We'll then introduce you to members of the wider herd, including our Miniature Hereford mums, youngsters, Highlands and Rocky, our fully grown Miniature Hereford bull. You'll also have the opportunity to offer suitable treats to selected cattle under our supervision. There may even be a cow cuddle along the way, if the cow decides that's what we're doing. These are genuine working-farm visits rather than polished visitor experiences. Expect farm buildings, uneven ground, Yorkshire weather and quite possibly some mud. That's all part of the preview. What's included: - Welcome and safety briefing - Meet selected friendly Tiny Cows - Grooming and hands-on interaction - Plenty of time for photographs - Meet members of the wider herd - Supervised feeding of suitable cattle - Your Tiny Cows host throughout - Maximum group size of just six guests Good to know: This experience takes place on a live working farm while our new visitor facilities are being built. Please expect mud, uneven ground, farm buildings and changing weather. All interaction is supervised and depends on the health, temperament and welfare of the individual animals on the day. No spectators. No dogs in the animal area. Ages 16+. Food and drink must not be consumed in animal-contact areas. What to wear: Warm, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy closed footwear or wellies. In winter we strongly recommend warm layers and gloves. We would not recommend your favourite white trainers.
